I was honored to have the opportunity to sit down with a professional I believe to be a veteran of our industry. Jenny Villapando has done it all-----everything from boutique hotels to fast-casual Greek restaurants. Her roadmap is the perfect example of how the hospitality industry is never confined to any one box. Rather, it is more like pandora's box minus any Greek tragedy elements.
Currently Jenny is operating as GM of Community Matters Cafe with the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
